      "My Dearest Dennis: Well, here I am, on my transitioning out and boy, What a journey! My Total Detox. Program has got to be the most incredible thing I have ever done for myself, and the best thing I have ever done for my health and well-being. My skin is clear and dewy; my eyes are bright and clear; my hair is shiny and soft, and I feel a clearness in the brain/mind like never before. My skin used to be chronically oily; I had to wash my long hair every single day. No more! Upon reviewing my Goals Statement, I am IMPRESSED! I have accomplished so much more than I set out to do!

      "Before I began the Program, I used to have some insomnia, and every morning, I would get up, but not wake up for hours--even after a shower. After two days on this Program, there was a remarkable difference. I woke up, without an alarm, and I was alert and switched on, before I even got out of bed! The realisation that I had been waking up each morning in the equivalent of a toxin/pesticide/preservative hangover, was profound. Now, I can barely remember what that felt like.       "One of the major things I wanted this Program to help me with was a total diet change. My whole life--despite my parents best efforts when I was a child--I never ate fruit, and hardly any veggies. . .just potatoes (maccas fries!) and corn. I hated salads. Well! At first, I choked the fruits down, but by the time I started fasting, I actually missed them. Veggies were less of a problem, as I had been working on integrating more of those, but I was not used to raw veggies, and was not as keen on their taste. However, I had a feeling towards the end of my fast that my taste buds were effectively being reset, and boy was I right! I had never eaten an apple before, but when I finally ate one, post-fast, I liked it. Likewise, salads are now incredible! I just love the taste of everything. . .so delicious and fresh! My lifelong friends and parents (who had always hounded me about my eating habits) are in shock. They just cannot believe it. I can't wait to try things I never would have touched before, Vegetarian options on menus now look delicious. I am forever changed!

      "All up, I lost about 15 kilos, which is just right. It felt like my body was sculpting itself into the form it should be. Not muscle definition, of course; that can only be achieved with weight training, which I now have the energy to do! But, it now just looks like 'me' in the mirror again. I can fit into my old clothes again, and the newer ones just hang off me.

      "It's amazing, the variety of unexpected ways I can feel the benefits: the myriad of niggling physical things that were starting to pile up, have vanished, from muscular aches from sleeping funny, to odd pains, flatulence and skin blemishes, plus more.

      "Spiritually, I had always thought there was more inside my own head, if only I could get through to it. Well, the fog has lifted.
